Matthew is a 15yr hospitality veteran, a trained mental health first aid champion, and studier of the science of happiness at work through the acclaimed University of California, Berkeley.

Why well-being and organisational performance?
At the end of the day, our venues are businesses and there is a real barrier to entry for hospitality owners to invest in things like mental health because of the perceived lack of any return on their investment.
A factor here could be high turnover rates, why invest in somebody who will be gone in 6 months?

Do I get a certificate at the end?
