This online education platform has been developed by Hospro’s founder, Matthew Cameron, with the guidance of some incredibly great minds.

Matthew is a 15yr hospitality veteran, a trained mental health first aid champion, and studier of the science of happiness at work through the acclaimed University of California, Berkeley.

At the end of the day, our venues are businesses and there is a real barrier to entry for hospitality owners to invest in things like mental health because of the perceived lack of any return on their investment.

A factor here could be high turnover rates, why invest in somebody who will be gone in 6 months?

So if we can focus on building environments and cultures that improve the happiness of our people, the performance of our venues and the retention of our staff – we tear down that barrier to entry and everybody wins.

Do I get a certificate at the end?

You do not.
